Tracy Jordan-Cardwell is the founder and principal of TJC PR Consultants LLC. With decades of experience in community engagement, public relations, marketing, event coordination, and project support, Tracy has built a reputation for connecting people, projects, and opportunities.

Her work has included community and MWBE outreach for construction and development projects, workforce opportunity forums, public relations consulting, event planning, promotional support, supplier/broker coordination, and public-facing communications.

As the former producer and host of the public access broadcast show Making It Happen, Tracy understands the importance of storytelling, visibility, and clear communication. Her experience allows her to help clients shape their message, reach their audience, and build trust with the communities they impact.
